Discover Bank Navigation User Studies - Research Readout
We conducted a usability study, incorporating a card sort/tree test, for DiscoverBank.com's Online Bank Account landing page.
The primary objective was to gain insights into the preferred user pathways from the landing page to the enrollment screens for various account types.
